El Reno – T1 Customer Outages

Starting 29 August 2013 there have been 3 T1 client outages recorded at the El Reno Hub Site. The issue appears to be with a circuit provider multiplexing device at the hub site. Further outages will be expected as testing is performed this afternoon from 15:00 CDT through 19:00 CDT. The outages are necessary for troubleshooting purposes. Further information will be provided as it becomes available.
