Email Anti-Virus False-Positive Issue
From 8:00 AM until 10:05 AM on Wednesday, August 21st, an update to an anti-malware virus list that OneNet used until this morning introduced a bug that erroneously marked approximately 1/3 of all transiting email as virus infected. If users have virus scanning set to quarantine, email can be rescued via the Maia interface at http://mail.yourdomain/spam . If viruses are set to discard (the default), then the emails were lost. Upon request, it is possible for OneNet engineers to provide domain admins with a list of emails that were sent to their domain during the problem time period.
