Thursday, November 14th, 2013 around 13:00 CST, clients connected to the Goodwell hub site reported video latency issues. These issues are due to minor packet loss occurring across the commercial Goodwell backbone circuit. Additional emergency maintenance is scheduled to resolve the issue. The emergency maintenance window is scheduled for Monday, November 18, 2013 from 23:00 through 02:00 CST. During this window all services provided by the Goodwell hub site will be intermittent or unavailable. Service will be restored as quickly as possible, but the full window is reserved.
