This morning at 10:00 CDT communication with the Goodwell hub site was lost. Outage is due to a commercial backhaul problem. The issue is now known to be a fiber cut in Panhandle Telephone Company territory. Repair personnel have been dispatched by the local circuit providers but an estimated time for repair is still unknown. OneNet personnel are monitoring the situation.
