Ordering Services
Thank you for choosing OneNet, Oklahoma’s research and education network. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you with your services.
Please note, OneNet is a state agency and does not provide services to private residences or private businesses. To determine if your organization is eligible to utilize OneNet services, see our subscriber connection policy.
Place a New Service Order
1) Please request a quote from our provisioning department at 405.225.9471 or provisioning@onenet.net. If ordering internet access, please provide the address where the service will be delivered and the desired bandwidth.
2) OneNet will send a service quote. After you review the quote and select your services, email your service request and purchase order (six months to one year in advance) to our provisioning department.
3) Our provisioning department will send you a digital service order agreement to complete and sign.
4) Once we receive your signed service order agreement, we will begin processing your order.
Important Note: OneNet cannot process an order or consider it valid until the above documentation has been properly completed, signed and returned to OneNet.
In addition to the above documentation, please send the appropriate purchase orders to equipment vendors (separate purchase orders are required for each manufacturer). Click here for a complete listing of OneNet negotiated equipment contracts.
OneNet subscribers are responsible for their subscriber premises equipment (CPE) and wiring needs. If you require assistance determining your equipment needs, please contact OneNet at 405-225-9471. OneNet can recommend vendors on state contracts. It is important to note that OneNet cannot assume responsibility for a subscriber’s existing wiring systems.
Add New Services to an Existing Account
To add supplemental services to your existing account, please email your service request to our provisioning department at provisioning@onenet.net or call 405-225-9471.
Our provisioning department will send you a digital service order agreement to complete and sign.
Please return the agreement and your purchase order (six months to one year in advance) to our provisioning department.
Once we receive your signed service order agreement, we will begin processing your order.
Upgrade Internet Access Services
We are happy to help you with upgrading your OneNet internet circuit. Please contact our provisioning department for available upgrade options in your area.
