OneNet keeps subscribers informed of network maintenance and outages via targeted notifications to the affected subscribers. Please ensure that OneNet has updated contact information for these targeted notifications. Contacts can be updated via the contacts update form.

For general network maintenance not expected to affect service, but which may be noticed by any subscriber, updates are provided via our notifications mailing list.
