OneNet wants to wish all of our friends “Happy Holidays!” Thank you for your continued support of our mission to advance research and education in communities across Oklahoma by delivering high-speed, affordable connectivity and technology solutions to research, education, health care and government institutions.

OneNet Rebrand

During 2023, we built on our efforts from last year to promote our messaging that OneNet serves as Oklahoma’s research and education network. We rebranded with a new logo and tagline. We’ve received great feedback on our new look and hope you like it too!

OCAN Anniversary

This year OneNet celebrated the 10-year anniversary of the Oklahoma Community Anchor Network. OCAN delivers high-speed services to 35 Oklahoma counties. Currently 93 community anchor institutions connect to the network. OCAN also partners with private providers to expand their services into communities across the state, providing high-speed broadband for residents and businesses.

OFFN Expansion

OneNet continues to expand the OneOklahoma Friction Free Network—a dedicated research network that provides high-speed data transfer and supercomputing resources to higher education faculty and students. OneNet received our fourth National Science Foundation grant to add campuses to the network. Once we implement these grant projects, 26 campus locations will connect to the OFFN network. These connections advance research such as agriculture, biology, chemistry, economics, engineering, geology, manufacturing, natural resources, nursing and STEM.

As 2023 comes to an end, we want to recognize how each of our subscribers makes a difference in your communities. We know you touch lives every day as you advance your own missions. We want to provide the highest level of service and subscriber support we can to support those missions
