OneNet is pleased to now offer electronic invoicing to our customers. This means that instead of receiving a paper invoice, you are able to receive your billing statement by PDF in an email at the end of each billing cycle.
Please note that only one email address can be used to receive the electronic invoice. If you would like more than one contact to receive it, we recommend setting up a group email address for several contacts -i.e., firstname.lastname@example.org.
To set-up your electronic invoices, please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
• Account Number or Numbers
• Contact Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address for Contact
• Email Address to Receive Invoice (if different from above)
