Video Conferencing
Beginning July 1, 2025, OneNet will no longer provide Zoom services directly to subscribers. Instead, OneNet subscribers will be eligible for discounted pricing through Zoom. For information on new Zoom services, contact the Zoom team members listed below.
Current OneNet Zoom Subscribers:
Zoom is now shifting its direct consortium models to the standard distribution purchasing channel.
Beginning in fiscal year 2026 (July 2025), Zoom licensing renewal and new purchases will be completed through a reseller, one you likely work with already. This means OneNet will no longer provide or service your Zoom accounts as of July 1.
Zoom representatives, along with Carahsoft, have scheduled webinars to aid in the transition.
Webinar Schedule:
Thursday, Feb. 27 – 10:00 a.m.
Tuesday, March 4 – 11:00 a.m.
Wednesday, March 5 – 1:00 p.m.
Please email zoom@onenet.net to request the registration link for these webinars.
We encourage you to participate in one of these webinars to prepare for the upcoming deadline.
DEADLINE: To avoid a lapse in service, you must contact a Zoom representative to confirm your services before May 1st.
Your Zoom contacts are:
K-12, government, and libraries: Kara Heichelbech – kara.heichelbech@zoom.us
Higher Education: Megan Lozano – megan.lozano@zoom.us
Please reach out to them to confirm your license renewal needs, whether that’s continuing with licensed paid accounts or utilizing Zoom’s free basic option. This team can also help you identify and connect you with your preferred reseller to fulfill the renewal order.
OneNet’s team of experts is here to assist you in identifying the best solution to meet your needs going forward.
