OneNet Phone System Migration – Monday, April 24, 2023

OneNet will migrate to a new phone system on Monday, April 24.

During the migration, OneNet’s phone lines may be down for a short time.

We’ve set a maintenance window from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We expect a brief outage at 10:30 a.m, but have reserved the entire maintenance window.

Oklahoma City area Service Issue

One of OneNet’s Last-Mile providers is currently experiencing a service interruption affecting a portion of subscribers from our OKC hub site. OneNet engineers are troubleshooting the issue, services have been restored and we are currently working on a reason for the outage.

– 2:00 AM on Saturday, December 18th until 7:00 AM

Major Website and Internet Services Outages

Update: Zoom Meetings and Webinars Partial Outage

Update: The Zoom website is available and all services restored some time before 10:30 AM today.

Zoom is experiencing a partial outage of their meetings and webinars platform. The latest update is that they “have identified the issue causing users to be unable to authenticate to the Zoom website (zoom.us) and unable to start and join Zoom Meetings and Webinars, and we are working on a fix for this issue.” More information is available at https://status.zoom.us/ including the ability to subscribe to incident updates directly from Zoom.

Oklahoma City Datacenter – Firewall Maintenance
