OneNet provides leading technology to support big data movement at the Advanced Radar Research Center in Norman, Okla. The Advanced Radar Research Center is one of the country’s largest academic research centers focused on advancements in radar.

After connecting to Internet2’s 100G network in fall 2012, OneNet launched a plan to build a 100G ring around the state to support Oklahoma researchers’ need for big data movement across the state and around the globe.

After Butner Public Schools was awarded a grant for iPads in the classroom, it was quickly discovered the school needed a large network upgrade to support the new technology. OneNet worked to upgrade the school’s bandwidth and connectivity so it could enhance the learning experience of its students.

The School of Choctaw Language depends on connectivity through OneNet to support mission-critical technology needs to help make a difference in communities across Oklahoma. The school’s goal is to revitalize the Choctaw language into the flourishing language it once was.

OneNet partners with The University of Oklahoma (OU), Oklahoma State University (OSU), Langston University and the Tandy Supercomputing Center in a new project funded by the National Science Foundation. The collaboration utilizes the grant funding to create the OneOklahoma Friction Free Network (OFFN).

OneNet’s NOC is a state-of-the-art network monitoring center that serves as the brains behind our network. A team of dedicated network engineers go above and beyond to ensure our customers stay connected and our network is both stable and reliable.

OneNet is helping libraries by providing affordable hosting services for a program offered by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL). With OneNet’s help, ODL is making it possible for our state’s rural libraries to connect with their communities.
