OneNet has completed its fifth SOC2 independent audit. Through this process, OneNet continues to ensure it meets the trust service criteria security requirements of the SOC2 Type II to assure our subscribers that we are enforcing security controls and doing our part to protect subscriber information.  With this audit, OneNet receives an attestation report covering the suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of security controls over OneNet’s data center, virtualization and colocation services offered to subscribers.

The Association of International Certified Professional Accountants’ (AICPA) SOC2 reports are intended to provide trust and security for organizations that provide services to the public through a report by an independent CPA. The SOC2 report that OneNet completes annually is a report on controls relating to the trust services principles and criteria for security. The reports provide assurance for subscribers by detailing auditing evidence that an organization is implementing security controls and those controls are working correctly to protect customer data.

“OneNet is committed to protecting subscribers’ information, and the annual SOC2 audit is a key step in assuring information security best practices,” said Chris Kosciuk, OneNet’s chief information security officer. “Subscribers who utilize our data center, virtual infrastructure, and colocation services can be assured that OneNet has strong control requirements meeting the AICPA SOC2 trust service criteria for security.”
